We spent years helping fintech and blockchain companies establish and scale in Switzerland. Now we bring that same expertise to the defence technology sector.

Founded by experienced Swiss lawyers who have guided hundreds of technology companies through Swiss corporate formation, licensing, and regulatory compliance.
Fintech Heritage
We helped build the Swiss fintech ecosystem from the ground up — FINMA licensing, banking relationships, compliance frameworks. We understand what it takes to create a technology hub from scratch.
